Your event is ready in six easy steps. And don't worry: your guests don't need instructions — for them it's just "scan and upload".

How to set up your event

Buy a package

Choose the right event package in the shop (Chill, Vibe or Epic) and complete your purchase.

Access by e-mail

Right after your purchase you'll receive your access credentials by e-mail. Use them to sign in to the host dashboard.

Set up your event

Set the name, start time and duration. Customize colors, welcome message and banner — and enable voting and moderation if you need them.

Print your QR code

Download your personal QR code and print it: for place cards, the menu or a sign at the entrance.

On the day of the celebration

Open the live slideshow on a projector or TV. Your guests scan the QR code and upload their photos — everything appears automatically.

After the event

Download all photos in one go at full resolution. As long as your package is active, the album stays online.

The most important questions

How do I upload a photo?

Scan the QR code with your phone's camera. The photo page opens in your browser — tap "Upload photos" and pick your pictures.

Do I have to install anything?

No. Everything runs directly in the browser. No download, no sign-up.

The QR code isn't working — what now?

Hold the camera steady and make sure there's good light. Alternatively, type the address into your browser manually — it's usually printed below the QR code.

Can I upload videos too?

Not yet — Pickudu is fully focused on photos for now. Video support is already in the works and will arrive in a later update.
