Frequently asked questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You book a one-time package for your event. There are no recurring costs and no automatic renewal.
How is the storage shared?
You decide: one shared pool for all guests or a fixed limit per guest (e.g. 500 MB). You can change this in the host dashboard at any time.
What happens when the storage is full?
New uploads are stopped and your guests see a notice. You can add extra storage (+5 to +50 GB) in the shop at any time — photos already uploaded are kept.
When does the event duration start?
You set the start time yourself when you set up your event. That way the period matches your celebration exactly.
